To all Shinjinbukan Dōjō Chō & members

December 15th, 2008 – REGISTRATION BEGINS
The 2009 Shinjinbukan registration will take place from Dec 15, 2008 to January 30, 2009.  
Please start collecting all your student’s information.  

The on-line registration form and the instructions will be available at our website in the next couple of days.  
We are having some technical difficulties with our website and Sensei Daniel Kogan will be sendign a message in the next coule of days.

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER ANY INFORMATION YET.
Just use this link as a guideline to collect all the information from your students.

The following guidelines were approved by the RIJI KAI RIJI (Board of Directors) for the 2009 Registration:

1 – All Shinjinbukan students and instructors MUST register in 2009 to continue using the “Shinjinbukan”.  All current members need to update and verify their current rank.

2 – All new Shinjinbukan students must register.

3 – All Yudansha who DID NOT pay their 2008 annual fees MUST PAY membership fees for 2009 & 2008 in order to maintain membership.
(Please consider that if you are a Karate instructor with his own Dōjō and students, you MUST BE REGISTERED AND RECOGNIZED BY OUR ASSOCIATION in order to be authorized to use the Shinjinbukan name, crest and the name of our founder, Onaga Yoshimitsu Kaichō.)

4 – All Sho Dan, Ni Dan & San Dan who were promoted between 2008 & 2009 MUST PAY their rank promotion fees during the 2009 registration season.  
(This is already on our Bylaws)

5 – Remember that the PAYMENT OF FEES IS NOT DUE UNITL FEBRUARY 20th, 2009.
